Newfoundland ##26, F+, Used

Here is the 5c black “Harp Seal” stamp from the Newfoundland Stamps Issue. It is #25, issued in 1870. The stamp is in Fine+ (F+) Used condition, with a tear into the design on the middle right margin .   (Item #8097– $90.00)
