Newfoundland ##25, F+, Used

Here is the 5c black “Harp Seal” stamp from the Newfoundland Stamps Issue. It is #25, issued in 1870. The stamp is in Fine+ (F+) Used condition, with 2-3 small thins, and a crease, in the top area .   (Item #8289– $100.00)
