Here is PLATE PROOF block of 4 of the 12-1/2c dark blue “Steamship” stamp, with a red “Specimen” overprint with period. from the British North America Colonies (BNA) Issue of stamps. It is New Brunswick #9, issued in 1860. The stamps are in Very Fine (VF) condition, with some staining. (Item #3924 – $275.00)
