Canada #OE10, Perforated Issue, VF, MNH

Here is the 10c green “Special Delivery” stamp from the Perforated Official Stamps Issue. It is #OE10, with 4 holes in the vertical bar of the “H” and TAB. It was issued in 1942.  The stamp is in Very Fine (VF) Mint Never Hinged (MNH) condition.   (Item #6493 – $22.50)
