Here is the $1.00 “Destroyer” War Issue stamp from the Perforated Official Stamps Issue. It is #O262, with 4 holes in the vertical bar of the “H”. It was issued in 1942-1943. The stamp is in Fine-Very Fine (F-VF) Used condition. (Item #6107 – $22.50)
