Here is the 10c 0n 20c dark carmine stamp from the Special Delivery Stamps Issue. It is #E9, issued in 1939.  The stamp is in Fine-Very Fine (F-VF) Mint Never Hinged (MNH) condition.                                        (Item #6333 – $7.00)
