Here is an Upper Right Corner Block of 4, Plate 1, of the 10c green stamps from the Special Delivery Stamps Issue. It is #E11, issued in 1946.  The stamps are in Very Fine (VF) condition. 2 stamps are Mint Never Hinged (MNH) and 2 stamps are Mint Hinged (MH).                                    (Item #3928 – $15.00)
