Canada #CE3, Air Mail Special D Issue, VF, MNH

Here is a block of 4 of the 17c bright ultramarine, with incorrect circumflex accent mark above the second e in Expres,  “D.C. 4-M Airplane” stamps from the Air Mail Special Delivery Stamps Issue. It is #CE3, issued in 1946.  The stamps are in Very Fine (VF), Mint Never Hinged (MNH) condition.     (Item #3193 – $32.00)
