Canada #CE3, Air Mail Special D Issue, VF, MNH

Here is the 17c bright ultramarine, with incorrect circumflex accent mark above the second e in Expres,  “D.C. 4-M Airplane” stamp from the Air Mail Special Delivery Stamps Issue. It is #CE3, issued in 1946.  The stamp is in Very Fine (VF), Mint Never Hinged (MNH) condition.     (Item #8395 – 7.75)
