Canada ##78, Numeral Issue, F, MH

Here is the 3c carmine from the Queen Victoria “Numeral” Issue. It is #78, issued in 1898.  The stamp is in Fine (F) Mint Hinged (MH) condition, with a hinge remnant.  (Item #4253 – $24.00)
