Canada ##77, Numeral Issue, F-VF, MH

Here is the 2c carmine from the Queen Victoria “Numeral” Issue. It is #77, issued in 1899.  The stamp is in Fine-Very Fine (F-VF) Mint Hinged (MH) condition.  It has a hinge remnant and disturbed gum.  (Item #4252 – $27.50)
