Canada ##74, Numeral Issue, VF, MH

Here is a pair of the 1/2c black from the Queen Victoria “Numeral” Issue. It is #74, issued in 1898.  The stamps are in Very Fine (VF) Mint Hinged (MH) condition.     However, there is some missing gum and staining on the reverse of the stamps. There are paper/glue remnants on the front.  We have therefore discounted the pair.  (Item #5910 – $12.50)
