Canada ##74, Numeral Issue, F, MNH/MH

Here is a block of 4 of the 1/2c black from the Queen Victoria “Numeral” Issue. It is #74, issued in 1898.  The stamps are in Fine (F) condition. 2 stamps are Mint Never Hinged (MNH) and 2 stamps are Mint Hinged (MH).    (Item #3086-– $17.50)
