Here is the 3c bright rose from the Diamond Jubilee Issue. It is #53, issued in 1897.  This stamp is in Fine-Very Fine (F-VF) Used condition – with a dated, hard to find, “Victoria” flag cancel – on piece.     (Item #3137– $10.00)
