Canada #372, UPU Congress Issue, VF, MNH

Here is an Upper Left Corner Block of 4, Plate 1, of the 15c dark blue “Posthorn and Globe” stamps from the UPU Congress Issue. It is #372, issued in 1957.  The stamps are in Very Fine (VF) Mint Never Hinged (MNH) condition.  (Item #3247– $10.50)
