Canada #327, QEII Issue, F-VF, MNH

Here is a Lower Left Corner Block of 4, Plate 3, of the 3c carmine rose stamps from the Queen Elizabeth II – Karsh Portrait – Issue. It is #327, issued in 1953.  The stamps are in Fine-Very Fine (F-VF) Mint Never Hinged (MNH) condition.  (Item #4809 – $1.25)
