Here is an Upper Right Corner Block of 4, Plate 2, of the 3c turquoise green “Sir Robert Borden” stamp from the Prime Ministers Issue. It is #303, issued in 1951.  The stamps are in Very Fine (VF) Mint Never Hinged (MNH) condition.          (Item #4790 – $2.00)
