Here is a Lower Right Corner Block of 4 of the 4c grey “Parliament Buildings” stamps from the Responsible Government Issue. It is #275, issued in 1947.  The stamps are in Very Fine (VF), Mint Never Hinged (MNH) condition.                                                (Item #4773 – $1.75)
