Here is an Upper Left Corner Block of 4, Plate 1, of the 50c dull green “Oil Wells” stamps. It is #294, issued in 1950.  The stamps are in Very Fine (VF), Mint Never Hinged (MNH) condition.                                             (Item #9527 – $42.00)
