Here is a Lower Left Corner Block of 4, Plate 1, of the 14c dull green “Ram Tank, Canadian Army” stamps from the War Issue. It is #259, issued in 1943. The stamps are in Very Fine (VF) Mint Never Hinged (MNH) condition.      (Item #9519 – $72.50)
