Here is a Lower Right Corner Block of 4, Plate 1, of the 14c dull green “Ram Tank, Canadian Army” stamps from the War Issue. It is #259, issued in 1943. The stamps are in Fine-Very Fine (F-VF) Mint Never Hinged (MNH) condition.      (Item #9536 – $43.50)
