Canada #191, Arch/Leaf Issue, F, MNH/MH

Here is an Upper Left Corner Block of 4, Plate 7, of the 3c on 2c deep red Provisional from the King George V “Arch/Leaf” Stamp Issue. It is #191, issued in 1932. The stamps are in Fine (F) condition.  2 stamps are Mint Never Hinged (MNH) and 2 stamps are Mint Hinged (MH).      (Item #4823– $4.00)
