Canada #116, Admiral Issue, F+, MNG

Here is the 10c plum from the King George V “Admiral” Issue. It is #116, issued in 1912. The stamp is in Fine+ (F+) Mint-No Gum (MNG) condition, with some staining, perf issues, and a major paper thin. This stamp is a FILLER.  (Item #3943 – $20.00)
