Here is the Perf 14, 5c on 3d bright red surcharged, “Seal of British Columbia” stamp from the British North America Colonies (BNA) Issue of stamps. It is British Columbia #11, issued between 1867-1861.  The stamp is in Fine (F), Used condition.                                                                (Item #9824– $210.00)
